PLATTSBURGH — Sarah Paquette has been named Administrator for Educational Services for Champlain Valley Academic Solutions.
Paquette, the former principal at Beekmantown Elementary College, was named to the posture on May well 12. She started her new obligations at CVES on July 1.
“I’m pretty excited to be joining the administrative staff at CVES, and I seem ahead to serving the 16 component college districts in the close to potential,” Paquette reported.

CVES Board President Michael St. Pierre mentioned, “After an extensive lookup, we are pretty satisfied to approve Sarah Paquette to CVES, where by she will play a pretty critical role in the Instructional Services Division. She is an experienced, instructional expert, who is by now identified as a chief in the North Country.”
Paquette is at this time in her 19th calendar year as an educator, serving as the Beekmantown Elementary College Principal considering that 2016, and has taught elementary grades at Northern Adirondack CSD and Chazy Central Rural Faculty since 2002.
She been given her Certificate of Advanced Analyze in Instructional Leadership (CAS) from the Massachusetts Faculty of Liberal Arts in 2012 and her BA and Grasp of Instruction from SUNY Plattsburgh.
Paquette is certified by the NYS Instruction Department as a NYS Faculty District Chief, a NYS College Building Chief, and has NYS Long lasting Certification as a PreK/Kindergarten/Grades 1-6 Trainer, and NYS Long term Certification as a looking at teacher.
In her new position, Paquette will be responsible for the preparing, supply and evaluation of team and curriculum enhancement functions expectations implementation integration of the arts library services and NYSED updates for our component school districts and CVES BOCES.
